Position –

Telemarketing Executive – (Perm)

Perm Salary –

£15k + performance bonus (£2k per year paid in x2 instalments half yearly)

EFI Marketing –

EFI Marketing was founded by the MD 'Darren Hayday'. Darren has over 15 years experience in Sales and Marketing working in a number of different industries and who had first class training from Yellow Pages. He also had the opportunity of being the mayor of High Wycombe in 2006 aged only 31.

EFI has been growing from strength to strength and has now reached the next stage in its progression in looking to build up an in-house telemarketing team who will continue to carry on the drive and grow of the company.

We are currently a small in-house team, in a stress free environment in a modern office – were we have an existing Telemarketing Executive working along side the Director.

We are a Direct Marketing company that mostly specialise in Telemarketing (i.e. finding new business leads and making appointments). We also sell marketing data; carry out telemarketing Training, eMarketing and marketing in general.

Darren is focused on driving the company forward and continuing to achieve the previous success that the company has shown in its early period of trading with a view of getting the right team together that are able to carry on the EFI vision.

Role –

We are looking to recruit someone who has previous telemarketing experience and who is able to and who enjoys cold calling.

Duties –

You will report directly to the MD and will be given a client portfolio to carry out telemarketing for with the aim either making qualified appointments or finding qualified leads for new business. When you are not working for a client, you will be making appointments and finding qualified leads for the MD. We work for all different types of industries and business (B2B) – we need someone who is able to take on the IT type client's portfolio of telemarketing work.

This role is best suited for someone with past technical experience and also has the potential to develop into either Fieldsales, Senior Telemarketing or into a possible management position.

Experience –

You will need to show that you are competent in working specifically for Business to Business outbound telemarketing – especially cold calling.
If you have experience in working for technical/IT companies, this would be a necessity.
We need someone with the personality to hit sales targets and understand what is expected from them, also with the ability and drive to successfully manage and help recruit a telemarketing team.
We want someone who is going to stay with the company in its growth and beyond – long term.
