We don't believe in; Office politics, sales targets, management speak, management or staff bullying or working long hours. We say it as it is and we work hard but we have created a fun working environment were you would be treated as one of the family rather than just another employee.
The company was started in 2005 by the MD Darren and his vision is to grow and expand the business in its current market-place whereby EFI shall continue to offer a first class service and be a main player in the B2B outbound telemarketing industry.
At EFI we want to help develop your skills, give you the tools to learn your craft and help you to have a 'career' rather than just a normal average Joe job.
Experience is good, but we believe in nurturing raw talent.
The entry level role is to earn your stripes with being a 'Telemarketing Executive' and learning the skills of cold calling.
If you have at least 6 months experience of telemarketing or telesales in a B2B environment, then we want to hear from you – as we would consider interviewing you for a full-time and permanent position with us.
We offer a career route into either face-to-face fieldsales (with a company car) or into management
